AJANTA SOYA LIMITED a Public Limited Company was incorporated on 13th January 1992 under companies Act, 1956. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing of Vanaspati and Refined Oil with production capacity, which was initially 62.5 TPD, has been increased to 180 TPD with periodical expansion.




The Company is promoted by well-established group having a proven track record in the field of edible oils. The most popular brand of vanaspati/refined oil is “Dhruv” and “Anchal” enjoy a considerable market share. The Company is a recognized Export House in accordance with the provision of Exim Policy. The turnover of the company is around Rs.250 crore.

The most modernized plant for the manufacturing of Vanaspati/Refined oil was established in the year 1993 with the STATE-OF-THE ART technology supplied by Alfa Level and Mectec Process Engineers. The plant is ideally located in pollution free environment in the industrial area of Bhiwadi (Raj.) near National Highway No. 8 (Delhi-Jaipur) and 55 K.M. from International Airport.

The Company has employed a team of highly qualified technical and commercial staff alongwith much experienced/ skilled, semi-skilled operators.

The management of the unit is very progressive by nature and the company’s affairs are being managed by highly qualified/experienced professionals. The production capacity of the unit is 54000 MT / P.A for Vanaspati/Refined Oil. The Plant is on a very sound footing and operates at commendable efficiencies. It supplies Loose Vanaspati in Tankers to renowned Biscuit Manufacturers like Parle, Britannia, ITC Foods, Surya Food etc. It also markets the product in Bulk and small packs in northern- region of the country under brand name “ANCHAL” and “DHRUV”

  • So far as net-work is concerned, we have a very wide network in our marketing zone. There are about 350 dealers, who are operative in major cities and rural areas of Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana & U.P. Our Depots are located at Jaipur and Meerut.
